Welcome to h31. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and h31 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the h31 online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at h31.io.

h31 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities or funds that do not belong to you. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Any deposit found to have been made using a third-party payment method may result in account suspension and the deposit being returned.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h31 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

Either you or h31 may close your account at any time. If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

h31 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected.

• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the player.
